Software
NOAA has released an updated version of the "Domain 6" LRIT reception software and an updated User's Guide. A major implementation in this release is the processing of received EMWIN data. After the software file is unzipped, all of the unit documentation can be accessed from the "doxygen folder" (choose index.html). The software is contained in the remainder of the folders. The "Domain 6" software is source code provided primarily for manufacturers and others designing receiver systems to use and modify as needed for their particular receivers. NOAA has attempted to provide the maximum amount of data processing for NOAA LRIT in software rather than hardware.

A library that can be used in Linux, compiled with Redhat 7.2 using GCC. Contains static library, header files needed to use and test it, and an example makefile. To be used with Domain 6 software above. |
